Junior profiles
1 adult should manage the saved profiles for the children in their care. A child does not need a separate sign-in.
Keep the information small
Use a nickname, not a full name or date of birth. Age is not needed for the size check. Leave schools, addresses and medical information out of notes. Keep separate profiles for siblings so their heights and bat details do not get mixed up.
Parent-led enquiries, no junior uploads
The open guide does not accept junior photos or videos. It has no public player profiles, chat, coaching messages or public footage gallery. We do not send a child's profile to a maker. A parent or guardian may send Phil a bat question, without the child's name, school, photos or videos.
Control stays with the adult
You can update, export or delete a saved player. Device-only profiles are visible to anyone using the same browser. Choose what to include before sharing downloaded shopping notes.
If a size feels wrong
Ask the player's coach or a bat maker to check their normal stance and control in person. A height chart does not replace that judgement.
