Privacy and saved players
You do not need to share contact details to check a bat size. You choose whether to save a player or email a question.
Profiles on your device
Without signing in, saved players are kept in this browser's local storage. The nickname, height, ball type, current bat details and notes stay on this device. Older saved profiles may also contain age band, batting hand and playing level; those fields are preserved when you edit them. They are not submitted to us or a maker.
Use a nickname. A parent or guardian should manage junior profiles. Leave schools, addresses and medical information out of notes. Anyone with access to this browser may be able to read saved profiles.
Export or delete
Use Export all on the saved-player page to download your data. Delete removes a chosen player from that browser. Clearing browser storage also removes device-only profiles. Keep an export if you want a copy.

The email link opens a draft in your own email app. You decide what to include and whether to send it. The email link itself does not submit anything. The summary uses your chosen height, player group and buying answers; it does not automatically include a saved nickname or private notes. Details passed between pages use a browser-only URL fragment, removed after it is opened; they are not added to a server query string. Do not share a copied URL containing bat details you want to keep private.
If you send a message to contact@bluecanvas.ai, Phil Patterson at Blue Canvas AI receives the email address and information you include. We use them to answer your question, not to add you to a mailing list. We will ask before passing your details to a retailer.
For a junior, a parent or guardian should write the email. Do not include children's names, schools, photos, videos or medical information. Email Phil if you want a copy of your correspondence or want it deleted. Your own email provider may retain its separate copy.
On-site enquiry form
The on-site form is disabled. Use your own email app if you want to send a question. No files or attachments can be uploaded here.
Email accounts
Email sign-in is disabled. No account email address is collected by the saved-player tool.
Photos and seller contact
Photo and video uploads, email reminders and retailer introductions are not enabled in this guide. No maker receives your profile when you follow a link. A downloaded file leaves your control only if you choose to send it yourself.
Website requests
Vercel hosts the site and processes requests needed to load and protect it. Following a maker or source link takes you to another website with its own privacy arrangements.
Optional journey measurement is disabled. The prepared counters collect event totals and size bands only, without visitor identifiers, exact heights, contact addresses or notes.
