Newbery lists Harrow at 5 ft 5 to 5 ft 7 and Short Handle at 5 ft 9 to 6 ft 3. That adult upper boundary is taller than Kookaburra's.
Its chart starts Size 0 below 4 ft and lists Long Handle or Long Blade from 6 ft 4. The gap between 6 ft 3 and 6 ft 4 needs a comparison with the maker, not an invented cutoff.
